Jacob B. Solaña
Philippines
I’m someone who thrives in diverse, fast-paced environments—whether it’s serving coffee with care in a specialty café in Tokyo, guiding guests through global startup events like Slush and Takeoff Tokyo, or navigating a master’s program that brings together people from all over the world in the fields of technology, design, and sustainability. Living, studying, and working in Japan for five years shaped my attention to detail and cultural awareness, while constantly moving across new cities and contexts has strengthened my adaptability and curiosity. I bring energy, empathy, and a people-first mindset to every space I enter, always looking to bridge ideas into action and create meaningful, inclusive experiences.
